Did you paint the goldfish? Rad.
Kat! You’re awesome! Seriously, your book is great and you’re advice is impeccable. Awesome Auntie!
Kat, I adore you for not only your book and the spectacular advice you give out as auntie, but also for your sense of humor that you bring to even the most serious issues.
I just wanted tho to know, that your advice really helps! I’ve read several columns you have posted and can truly say you have helped me out in numerous areas! Thanks for posting and continue to share your wonderful thoughts!!
Today, I went to the beachfront with my children. I
found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter
and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She
put the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is completely off topic but I had to tell someone!
Your book really resonated with me; as someone who’s family followed the coast as they moved, I’ve always been close to some body of ocean water. This last year, I moved inland, to montana. This book certainly carried a few feelings I had over the last few months. Thanks for your awesome writing.
Hi Kat, my son, Rusty Flood, was also the voice of Arnold (he played young Arnold) on “Hey Arnold” 2 episodes. Oddly enough, he Is also quite good looking. He’s 22 and is working in Napa in a winery tasting room. Want a hot picture of him to add to your collection.
I find it interesting that a female journalist would side with one of the highest paid MALE comedian in the world as he demeans the real issue of gender inequality in pay. This is a gender issue. His comments insinuate that Jennifer Lawrence is not entitled to be upset that she has been treated unfairly because of her gender. This sends a message to women Inside and outside the industry that if they happen to be white, their plight for fair pay/treatment in the workforce is not “really something to complain about “. Is this the message you want to be sending?
